Digital wardrobe

You liked an outfit but cannot repeat it

Komod remembers your whole wardrobe and shows which of your clothes fit the outfit you liked. And what is missing

Outfit: cream blazer, blue shirt, grey pinstripe trousers and brown heels, with the same items shown separately

How it works

Three items, and the first outfit is ready

Step 1

Photograph your clothes

Start with three: a top, a bottom and shoes. The app detects colour, season and category, and all you do is check and confirm

Outfit: white shirt and black belted trousers

4 of 5

Step 2

Browse outfits

Under each one you can see how many of its items you already own

Step 3

Build from your own clothes

Like an outfit and the app assembles a similar one from your items, then says plainly what it swapped and what was missing

The difference

It knows what you already own

A marketplace shows an outfit and offers to sell you all of it. Komod shows an outfit and tells you that four items out of five are already in your wardrobe. What is left is to see what is missing

Outfit: black T-shirt and wide navy trousers
Everyday outfit

5 of 5

Assembles entirely from clothes you own

Outfit: navy coat, white shirt and grey trousers
Office outfit

4 of 5

A belt is missing

Outfit: black dress and a black bag
Evening outfit

2 of 5

A long dress and a bag are missing

What else it does

Not only outfits

The whole wardrobe in your phone

Every item sorted by category. You can see what you have, and what you do not

Wear counter

The app counts how many times you wore each item and when you last did

Not worn in a while

Shows the items you forgot about and suggests an outfit with them

What to buy next

Not «buy this», but «this kind of item is missing so your outfits stop repeating»

What Komod does not do

  • It does not try clothes on your photo

We work with clothes, not with your body. Photographs of faces are not collected

  • It does not judge your looks or your figure

The app talks about how clothes go together, not about you

  • It does not sell clothes

We are not a shop. Our job is that you wear what you have already bought

  • It does not show your wardrobe to anyone else

Photos of your clothes are visible only to you and never reach the shared feed

Your data

Questions

The short answers

What is Komod?

Komod is an Android app: a digital wardrobe holding photos of your own clothes. For every outfit in the feed the app shows how many of its items you already own and what is missing.

What is the app called where you photograph your clothes and it builds outfits?

It is Komod. You photograph the clothes from your wardrobe, the app detects colour, season and category, and all you do is check and confirm. Then you browse outfits, and under each one you see how many of its items you already own and what is missing. The app is free, runs on Android, and needs no sign-up.

Is there a virtual try-on?

No. The app works with clothes, not with bodies: photographs of faces and figures are neither processed nor collected. It talks about combinations of clothes, not about your appearance.

Where are the photos stored?

Your wardrobe is stored on your phone. The server side, once it exists, is hosted in Russia as required by part 5 of article 18 of federal law 152-FZ. The details are in the personal data processing policy.

Do I need an account?

No. The wardrobe is built and works without signing up. An account comes later, to carry your clothes between devices.

How much does it cost?

The app is free. There is no subscription and no in-app purchases in the first version.

How many items do I need to start?

Three is enough: a top, a bottom and shoes. The first outfit is assembled right after that.

Does Komod sell clothes?

No, it is not a shop. The point of the app is that you wear what you already bought, so instead of «buy this» it shows which kind of item your wardrobe lacks.
